The Whales of Iceland

Around 20 species of whales can be found swimming in the waters surrounding Iceland. Minke whales, orcas, dolphins and humpback whales are among the many species that come to Iceland to feed in the pristine waters. Many of the whales surface while searching for food making them easy to spot from whale watching boats.
