Operating License for Public Transport

According to Icelandic law no. 73/2001, Luxury Adventures, through Thokki and Sorlatunga, holds an Operating License for Public Transport. 73/2001. This regulation applies to public transport on land, commercial vehicles for passengers and the use of vehicles that can accommodate passengers, and the driving of modified vehicles such as super jeeps. This regulation aims to provide general conditions for the public transport profession and has been implemented due to Iceland’s membership in the European Economic Area.
