Every journey begins with a conversation. Simply reach out via phone or email and one of our dedicated journey specialists will be in touch. We’ll take time to understand your vision, travel style, group size, and ideal dates, then craft a bespoke proposal tailored exclusively to you.

A. We send you our suggested sample itinerary for your traveling dates and pax (subject to availability and final quote on accommodation still to come but present approximated rates)
B. A small planning fee is paid
C. Final customization with one additional change included (all bookings confirmed)

For most bespoke itineraries, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to secure your preferred dates, accommodations, and exclusive experiences. For peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, and school holidays), 9–12 months is advisable. That said, we occasionally have availability for last-minute luxury arrangements, contact us and we’ll do everything possible to make it happen.

Yes. We design journeys for every kind of traveller. Families enjoy child-friendly adventure itineraries with age-appropriate activities and private guides who specialise in engaging young explorers. Couples can choose from romantic escapes with private dining, secluded hideaways, and intimate experiences designed for two. Solo travellers receive fully supported independent journeys with complete privacy, freedom, and an expert team always on call. We also handle group travel for milestone birthdays, honeymoons, anniversaries, and corporate retreats with full event planning support.

Yes, this is one of our greatest strengths. Through years of cultivating relationships with landowners, cultural institutions, park authorities, and private estates, we can arrange access to places not open to the public: private viewings, after-hours visits, exclusive use of private reserves, and introductions to remarkable local people who would never appear in a guidebook.
We don’t operate self-drive journeys — we are at heart a guiding DMC. That said, we create tailor-made experiences across the full spectrum of travel styles, from luxury and ultra to moderate group journeys and MICE programs.
We operate our own luxury fleet including super jeeps, SUVs, and luxury vans, as well as helicopters and private aircraft for more remote or exclusive transfers.

Practical Information
Every itinerary is different, but our bespoke journeys typically include all accommodation (hand-selected), private transfers and in-destination transport, expert private guides, all activities and experiences as outlined in your itinerary, most meals as specified, and 24/7 on-trip support from your personal journey manager. You’ll also receive a pre-trip destination briefing.
You’ll receive a detailed, destination-specific packing guide once your booking is confirmed (if requested). As a general guide, we always recommend layering, comfortable broken-in footwear. For remote or weight-sensitive departures such as light aircraft transfers, luggage restrictions may apply. We can also arrange specialist equipment hire for most adventure activities.
Absolutely. Please disclose all dietary requirements, allergies, and relevant medical conditions during the booking process. We communicate these to every accommodation and guide on your journey and follow up to confirm arrangements are in place. No detail is too small, your comfort and safety are our priority.
Yes. Every guest is assigned a personal journey manager who is reachable around the clock throughout your trip. Whether you need a last-minute itinerary change, have a medical concern, or simply want a dinner recommendation, we are always one call away. You travel with the full reassurance that an expert is always in your corner.
Yes. Our guides and drivers are fluent in several languages, ensuring seamless communication throughout your journey.
Payment & Cancellation
All journeys are priced individually based on your specific itinerary, destinations, group size, duration, and time of travel. There are no hidden fees.
Depends on the group size. FIT or individual travelers pay 1 month ahead full amount unless some suppliers demand payment upfront then we notify you in the booking proceedure. Groups start paying 3 months ahead first payment unless some suppliers ask for advanced payment.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Yes. amendments can be done as needed and charged accordingly.
Safety & Wellbeing
Safety is never compromised. All guides and activity leaders are knowledgeable to their specialisation. Equipment is inspected regularly and meets or exceeds international safety standards. We conduct ongoing risk assessments for all destinations and activities, and our on-the-ground teams have full emergency protocols in place. Your guide always has the final authority to modify or cancel an activity if conditions present any risk.
We believe extraordinary places deserve extraordinary care. We select accommodation and operators with credible environmental policies when possible, prioritise locally owned businesses and guides, minimise environmental impact across all activities, support conservation initiatives in the destinations we operate in. Travelling with us means travelling with purpose.
We do our very best to accommodate guests with mobility requirements or disabilities. Please be completely open with us during the consultation process so we can assess what is achievable and design an itinerary that is both safe and genuinely rewarding. Some remote adventures have unavoidable physical prerequisites, but there is an extraordinary amount we can create for all abilities.
